Tell me about it, their customer service is woeful.
I can get fibre optic in my area and could get cable internet with BT but Virgin just refuse to recognise my line/area is capable of cable internet so I STILL can't get their Virgin TV package....meh.
50mb helps though with their uk dedicated helpline.

I've lost it, it was saved on my phone which I lost, I posted it several times and I thought it was in the big 50mb threat in networks but I can't find it in there.Bt and virgin fiver optics are separate
So that means I can't get Virgin TV?

The engineers were here 6 hours each, replaced absolutely everything, other than the cables to the house.
