It went down again for a bit. back up now.

The UK, Ireland and the Middle East are all now back online. Other countries to follow soon #PSN

Yeah, same thing happened to me on Crysis 2. Couldn't find any games then signed out and said maintenance was going on!? :mad:

I didn't know there was one...

I just installed the update on the ps3, rebooted and then it asked to change the password, which I did and now it's logged in fine.

Or have you changed it via the web?

Why didn't they put in the bandwidth they needed so all this timeout and problems wouldn't occur. Anybody with common sense would have known the demand for it coming back online.

It says

"Your password is no longer valid.
You must change your password"
