Web design plus IMO if you want to just see them, I hate the having to click for the next page to load that a lot do. It only loads a few at a time anyway.

the first few just looked like some bad photo art show under the 'google' guise. Not a bad PR stunt for some up coming artist that. All Banksies on street view etc
