Been trying to get through to Customer Support and when I choose the final option I just get an alternating tone, then a constant, and then nothing. :rolleyes:

Had a solid few hours of Motorstorm Apoc last night no connection issues or lag that I could notice, didn't realise how much I had actually missed just having the friends list active, seeing what my mates are playing and general messaging, nothing that couldnt have been done via text messaging the past month but you never would.

Nobody knows yet. The store is not back for a couple of weeks maybe but the announcement should be sometime this week about the free items.

This was posted late last night on the EU blog in response to a similar question,

I'm a bit confused, what are you guys waiting for in the email?

I entered my new password when requested to do so on the XMB and that was it, I logged in, how come it's different for some people?

If your account wasn't created on the ps3 you have now then you have to activate via email for security.

I go to Sign in, it prompts me that i need to change my password, i click ok then a message saying server error has occured. It did say yesterday that an email has been sent but it hasnt

I have changed both passwords for my UK and US accounts, only recevied an email for the US account. Not that im bothered about not receiving one for the UK password change.

A few people have gotten past that error message by just keeping trying. 77 million people are trying to login and change passwords, so there's major traffic causing timeouts...It would seem

Hope that helps get your email quicker, you have to remember that if you've been waiting over 24hrs for your password change email then it has probably already expired anyway as I think they have a 3 hour limit.

You sure on this, 'cause I'm on my second PS3 after the first died and I changed my password last night no problems. Just got an email through confirming that the password had been changed.

I edited my password on my new slim, it wasnt the ps3 i created my account either, that was my old 40gig phat ps3.
