I'd be tempted to pop along to this although I take crap photo's it'd be nice just to chat with some of you guys and put some faces to names.

Beginning of July would be good for me.
 
Tempted by this. purely to give Jake a swift kick in the nuts then get the money he owes me........plus interest! :D Last weekend appears to be the only suitable one for me though.

Cheers mate :). Sure does, swap camera and keep cards briefly, sounds good. Enjoy the burst rate with the 50D, you may find your card filling quite quickly! lol
 
I'll have to see, 50/50.

I'd love to meet up with you guys but the "problem" is that cityscape doesn't really interest me, especially this country. May be because I live here so I'm desensitise to it's charms? So I'll decide down the line.

And as for heels....I was drunk!I bought me and BBx a jug of Pimms to share and she end up drinking like 1 glass and I had the rest!
 
Ray, tbh cityscape doesn't interest me, I go for the socialness and a bit of human reportage if I get a chance :)

And agree with Phate, in London the people always seem a lot more interesting than the place.

Ray... why not be the group photographer for the day... Take pics and laugh at us taking pics ;)
 
I'd have come to this actually, but sadly I'm spending all my dosh that month going to London on the 27th & 28th to see B.B.King. Oh yes, it shall be most glorious :D

I'll make a note to stay particularly sober.

I don't fancy doing warf/southbank/borough again either. London is a big place - according the budget airlines, it includes "London Gatwick", "London Luton" and "London Stanstead". Is there somewhere new we could go in "London" ?

I know you guys also did the west end a little last time (I had to head off before then) but if we wanted to do different locations in London without heading too far afield (and making travel a hassle) we could maybe visit the olympic area (east London) depending on access, and then head over to the west side (Buck Palace, gardens).

Alternatively, east side of London (sq mile) can be interesting at the weekend as it's empty, plenty of quiet side streets with a mix of new and old architecture.
