The tyres need replacing where is the best place to purchase these?
Not too expensive as money is tight, maybe refurbished?
Thanks

Need to tell us what size the tyres are

On the side of the wheel it will say something like..

175/65/14

Need those numbers

ebay if you want cheapies, just put the size in the format 285/40/18 into the main search box, loads on there

i use part worns just because i am in a car i despise and want to get rid of soon.

Got michelin energy all around for £80, would have cost more for just 1 new.

Why scrimp on the few inches of rubber that are the only thing keeping you in contact with the road surface?

When I replace my tyres, they will probably cost me more than I paid for my car.

I'll pay that outlay for a very good reason.

Cheapies are a no no.

Why is everyone so on their high horse about part worns, this is a car that'll be turning up at breakers yards by the dozens, they'll only keep the decent ones or sets, it's not like he's after 22 50 18s that mysteriously end up on a part worn tyre place is it?

OP find a breakers yard that do part worns and see if they have a set of four or at least 2 pairs, they may even have a set of steels with tyres on at least you can see the state of the wheels as well.

Bridges on the A/M23 near Gatwick do part worns and they have a good selection of decent tyres and wheels and tyres.
