dvd stuck in imac27

Hi guys got a dvd stuck in my imac 27 inch keeps trying to eject all the time. Any ideas how to get it out got it booked in for friday but trying to carry it to the bull ring i think is going to kill me any help please.

You probably have and it doesn't sound like it'd work because you've said it's been trying to eject it, but have you tried booting it with the mouse button held down to try and get it to spit it?

yea mate tryed thats its just alll the time trying to eject the disk but no good

If it won't spit it out like that, it won't do it on its own. You can either try and fish it out yourself or have Apple do it. Definitely worth getting them to do it IMO if the machine's in warranty to be safe.

I hope you have more luck there then i did.. repair issues aside, my appointment was running nearly 3 hours late.
