Pre-B3 revision motherboard users can also download and use the new B3 revision BIOS, drivers and utilities. Go to the ASUS support site at http://support.asus.com to download the latest BIOS version.

That means issues are resolved???
edit: I will have 9 HDD internaly!

The issue is only resolved by having a motherboard with a B3 revision chip.

No BIOS update can fix a B2 motherboard.

The BIOS for B2 & B3 revisions is the same because there's no functional difference between the motherboards.

The flaw with the B2(?) chipsets is of a physical nature due to a manufacturing oversight, they're probably the same chips on a hardware level which is why the BIOS's are interchangeable.
