no part of the agreement has been discussed here, only the demand of payment from the solicitors. Also, no personal information, such as names have been revealed so its fairly anonymous.
Careful - you probably shouldn't even be discussing with us that you left employment under a compromise agreement, as they're invariably highly confidential. Letting people outside a given circle of trust know that the agreement exists could render it invalid.
Depends on the specific terms, but it's often the case...
@kenmare - who are you agreeing with here? I, an unknown person, who worked for an unknown company had a compromise agreement. Does the fact that I have revealed that Compromise Agreements exist nullify all of them?![]()
