The most important thing in life is to be happy?

I always thought it was happiness, but even though theoretically it could take into account others well being, I think eventually it wouldn't. :p

How about a belief in God, carrying out God's work etc

I think it is yes, but you need money to be happy, but then again you could have all the money in the world and still be unhappy.

This might sound really stupid or stuck up or whatever but how can people be happy living on a basic salary?

I'd be a bit more verbose and say that being happy at as little the expense of others as possible is my personal "life goal".

I can't see many other things being more important than your own happiness. If your children and family are happy then you will probably be happy. Whats the point in living in misery. The only time that one persons happiness becomes irrelevant is if it is at the expense of someone else's.

Do you want a red headed step child?

Nope have a few of these already!

The choice is yours.

9"inch heels, Peanut Butter and Pina Coladas!

If you like pina coladas
And getting caught in the rain
If you're not into yoga
If you have half a brain
If you like making love at midnight
In the dunes on the cape
Then I'm the love that you've looked for
Write to me and escape - dum dum dum

I sing this each day.. Makes me happy! Annoys everyone else :D

edit - oh and Cheryl Cole

I've never understood people who say "money don't bring happiness!"

Money makes me the happiest man alive. The freedom to do what you want, who you want, what you want.

If I had a couple million in the bank I'd undoubtebly never be sad again.
