Indeed, but I think that sub forum was created because it was one of Spie's interests???

There is certainly more demand in other areas besides "on the water".

Exactly this.

Sub-forums need to have people who have a regular ongoing interest in that topic. Otherwise it just becomes a sub-forum full of questions, with no answers. Or answers that are posted a month later, which isn't much use if you're already back from the holiday!
