You have to find out where they live, wait in a bush outside their house and follow them to work for three weeks. I have a question while we are on the topic of Facebook too, go on troll me saying people don't want to be my friend. 
Basically, I think I sent a friend request to someone, and they have not accepted, but their statues and profile changing pictures update comes up, but I am not actually friends with them. Any idea how to remove them?
