Change iPhone 4 for Galaxy S2?

What did they offer you for the iPhone? They are pretty easy to sell on for good money.

No one call tell you if it's a good move or not, it's down to personal preference. I want from a 3G to a Desire and hated it, couldn't wait to get back to an iPhone and I changed to the 4 as soon as I could. Others will tell you Android is better.

There are plenty of people out there that refuse to believe it though. ;)

I mean it in terms of comparing an iPhone 3GS to a new Android device. Compare it to the iPhone 4 as that is the latest from Apple. That'd be like me saying the battery on my (figurative) new Android phone is better than my old iPhone 3G. It's been over 3 years it bloody better be. :p

Ignore the hardware, as both phones are at the top of their platforms and perform brilliantly. At the end of the day, the software is what it's about, and the iPhone runs its software like a dream (the latest TR review claimed it was smoother than the SGS2, and to be honest, I'm not surprised). So simply pick which OS you prefer.

LOL @ your LOL for believing otherwise :)

Is it me or has Apple become some sort of fanatical religion? Everyone (even MSM) seems frightened to criticise it for fear of angry followers smiting them. :p

Every time I justify why I didn't buy an iPhone to colleagues, they look at me like I've raped their wife and burned their children.

I like both phones, but don't understand the crazy brand loyalty that goes on.

I have a Nokia 6730 btw. I don't own an iphone4 or a SGS2, but I've used both and believe the iphone4 is the more polished device. Android is better for people that like to fiddle, probably most people on this forum tbh.. but for the rest of us we just want a phone that just... works...

I too don't understand iphone loyalty, it's retarded.

imagine a thread titled " i changed my sgs II for an iphone 4“ - scarey stuff .......

In all fairness, I was wishing I'd got an iphone after a few hours of using my sgs2. Once I got my head around things I was happy with my choice, though. :)

If you just like things to work and hav'nt the time or inclination to fiddle to get everything as you'd like then stick to iOS. Me personally i like to fiddle and customise so android suits me perfectly iOS would bore me silly.
