I just found a 1l bottle Baileys in my cupboard. It's still sealed but says "Ideally comsume before November 2009". Do you guys think I can still drink it?

Says store in temperature between 0-25C. I think my room temperature is within that range

Your nose is designed for a few things, one is telling you if something is off, so is your taste. If it smells fine and taste fine. Its all good.

What worries me is it contains milk. Probably would have been better off if I have kept it in the fridge.

Shall I open it and give it a try?? Heck why not, otherwise it's going straight in the bin anyway...

Have you ever drunk Bailey's from a shoe?

Does that improve the taste or are you trying to woo the chap in a slightly novel fashion?

I think the simplest thing is to open the bottle and try a little bit, if you don't die then it's probably ok or at least as ok as Baileys will ever get.
