OK, so I got my tat on tuesday 17th may, and it scabbed fast. Thing is, I have been using Bapanthen (sp) and now those scabs are all ready flaking off, very thin and wispy like though... Is this normal?

yeh that sounds normal, just dont help it to come off, let it do it on its own, or you might pull a bit of ink out, iv done that myself in the past and had o get it touched up

Last one I had barely scabbed but yes it's normal. If you get it wet just pat dry too, dont scrub the scabs off.
