Now and then, used to talk to my old Astra (MK3) all the time. "please start, please baby just start!!" It worked though, 90% of the time.

Maybe it's because some people think older cars have more "character" and flaws where as newer ones tend to be more refined and clinical? So the former is more like a person. :confused:
