The original Indiana Jones trilogy is surely the best in genre?! Tomb Raider is similar archaeological ridiculousness. The Da Vinci Code tickles the same historical mystery bone.

The Mummy was quite enjoyable and I think the sequel was not too bad either...one after that was rubbish.
How about 'Fool's Gold'? It stars the terrible Kate Hudson and the worse Matthew McConaughey, but is redeemed by Ewen Bremner, the delicious and funny Alexis Dziena, and Ray Winstone with the most hilarious accent you've ever heard. Adam & Joe even did a whole bit on it and how he seems to drop effortlessly between Cockney and Texan within a sentence. Not a brilliant film but along the right theme and worth it for the things I've mentioned.
