Black vans for under £3k

Got my driver taking me to work tomorrow. I might pop down and get my caterer to make me up some lunch, and see my entertainment guy for some film advice. Also got my courier coming over with some packages.

Well he's hardly 'A' designer, that implies a random designer. Aforementioned designer does a fair bit of work for me, hence the term "my designer".

Even I find it hard to believe you guys have chosen this to pick up on, your motives are unbelievably transparent.

? Seriously? Your surprised at this? Every thread you post has reference to 'your something', and in every thread your picked up on it.

And what are our transparent motives? To rip down yet another BS MikeHiow thread full of u turns and backflips and half truths covering up flawed logic and crazy ill planned ideas?

If so, yep, your bang on. Sold the Clio yet? Bought a boat yet? Oh no wait, you were fixing the Clio weren't you? Or pehaps you were trying to sell it on at a profit after doing it up? I lost track. Either way I'm fairly sure you have the key to a Focus ST somewhere. That was black wasn't it? Could always use that for your detailing business. Although I thought you were buying houses? Perhaps you could get your financial manager to sort your finances out before spending the capital on business ventures? Although the freelance Web Design seems to be going well. Oh, sorry, developer, not design, you dont do the 'look' do you. Got your designer for that. I assume the van means your planning to take the detailing business off the island. Just make sure you don't get done by any speed cameras while racing on dual carrageways. Or was it a merge in tern that went wrong? Perhaps you should get a white van, they seem to always be in the outside lane doing 100mph in someones bumper. I expect it will ride the IoW 3rd world roads better than the Clio though.

It is transparent that you're simply trying to derail the thread, like you've been attempting to do but failing for three pages now.

Now you've found something incredibly small and irrelevant to pick up on to try and "win the thread" with. It achieves nothing, especially when it has nothing to do with the topic in hand - in fact, you're picking apart the post that I took the time to reply to your questions with.

Your last post demonstrates that you've realised how weak your new argument is, and you've decided to go off on a tangent about more completely irrelevant and nonsensical stuff.

Ok, you keep thinking that. I'm off to bed, I've had my fun for the evening. I'll catchup on this tomorrow. Unless the thread dies overnight, in which case I'll just wait for the next epic MikeHiow thread. Shouldn't be long, they pop up with reassuring regularity.

Oh, and to get back on topic, buy a decent white van. Customers of a detailing guy are more concerned about the quality of the job they do on their cars paintwork than the colour of the van the guy arrives in.

:D I love motors.

Just buy a van and get it painted black. I'm sure you know many people in the trade through your various motorsport connections Mike. You know everyone on the Isle of Wight as well remember?

Hi guys.

Spec me a car with at least 4 doors. It must be blue. Won't tell you anything more about my needs and wants because I'm perfectly capable of determining whether a car is suitable for my needs.

I'm just not capable of clicking 'Blue' in Autotrader under 'Colour' therefore I want you to do that for me, because hey, you can't offer me anything else given I'm not going to tell you anything about my needs beyond the requirement for '4 doors'

Just LOL :P

My works fleet are currently black. Sadly they are all 10/60 plates and won't be selling anytime soon.
I also think we lease them.

Off topic due to price difference, but I saw a cracking black van, just due to the gloss finish the other day. I think it was a Kangoo of some description, but wow. Talk a bout a liquid metal mirror finish. I had van envy,

He's looking for a black van for under 3 grand... How is this in any way epic? Skeeter, you seem to love ripping into Mikes threads, having a proper nosey but without providing any value whatsoever.

Fair enough, he's been caught out for fibbing or whatever previously but asking for van advice hardly grants epic entertainment.
