Did you install one after the other in xrecovery before rebooting? I installed the camera fix on the 1st page, rebooted and then installed the zip in your 2nd link and rebooted again but I'm still seeing the green lines. Thanks.

I tried both files and the green lines were still there. Other than that it is a smooth ROM, unfortunately as I couldn't get the HD cam to work I did a restore via xrecovery and I think it has bricked my phone.

When I plug it into the mains I get a flashing red LED, after a few minutes the screen comes on and hangs on the SE logo. I can't get it into xrecovery, or flash mode to use x10 flasher. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds to me like the battery is completely dead, leave it on charge for a few hours, maybe? Failing that you can try a software flash using SEUS since the phone doesnt need to be on for it.

Im just guessing :)

You are right mate :) the battery was completely dead but it wouldn't charge whilst plugged into the wall socket (seemed to turn the screen on at the SE logo and stop charge). I left the x10 flasher on and plugged the phone into usb, after 5-10mins it kicked into life. Looks ok now, cheers.

Trox, let me know how find that rom, im looking to change from Wolfbreaks due to it eating battery like nobodys buisness, but ive had 2.1 stock on it for the last 2 days, and im still at 32% where as Wolfbreaks would last a day before it dipped below 10%.

Nice one, panic over :D

I used WBs for just over a week, i liked it but there was the odd thing that didnt work, nothing major though. So far this rom seems better finished and everything ive tried so far is working... Although saying that i just noticed that there is no zoom for the camcorder.

Battery life seems good, but ive not gave it enough time to comment on.

Hmm, what's the camera function like compared to WBs, I'm noticing pics are below the quality of stock 2.1, hopefully we wont need to keep adding Roms when they give us the arc rom, although I see someone is actually making the arc rom for the x10 including the bravia engine which I'm keeping an eye on.

Should get my GFs X10 back from SE repair this week. If I've roooted previously, but then put the SE ROM back on, will I have to root again?

If so, is there a new easy way?

The camera seems good, although ive not compared it to stock as yet.

@Lucero You will have to root it again, just use the x10flashtool on xda forum it's well easy. One click process.

as good as SE have been with repairing x10s i reckon them fixing a cracked screen is pushing it

ive seen guides for screen replacement on XDA

im half sure that you need both the glass and screen though due to them being glued together , unless someone has worked away around it by now

Im on this now.. [ROM] [21-05] Xperia TW 007 soon + Testversion [CM6] [Tweaked+Theme+Extras]

Had the update on a few days and the battery is much improved. Been on all day with 3g and I still have 83% left. Made some calls browsed the net and been emailing also.
Will see if I get the same sort of battery tomorrow when I get home.

I got this one yesterday too. Battery does seem to have improved a LOT.

I'm on 1 day 5 hours since unplugged and the battery level is at 72%.

I've tried a few ROMs and the one in the link above seems the most stable with camera + flash working. I have only unplugged it from the mains this morning and after 4hrs I'm on 65%. This is after say 45 minutes of music, no more than 10-15 minutes internet on a H connection and nothing set to sync. This doesn't seem to compare well with either Davola/Si Lad's battery usage.

I have installed this following the instructions on the last couple of pages on the XDA thread, but I'm not sure when to install the Xperia_TW_Update.zip (what does this do anyway?) my build number and mod version still show as CyanogenMod 6.1.3 v006. I tried to install the Xperia_TW_Update.zip last night after the phone was up and running but it seemed to mess up my wi-fi. It kept on displaying 'error' whenever I tried to switch it on. In the end I had to reinstall the ROM to get it working again.

Any help would be much appreciated as this seems like a great ROM until the official 2.3 is out. Thanks.

Guys, just got the phone back from SE. All working. It has the latest firmware on there.

I've downloaded the x10flasher tool, but the root button is greyed out. I've enabled USB Debugging too.

Any ideas?
