Don't think I have, I do like switching the 240v / 110v switch on the back of PC'S and seeing a nice big bang and smoke!

I worked with a guy who kept forgetting to check which positon the switch was in on some expensive Sun hardware that had just arrived from the US. In the end he was asked not turn anything on until someone else had double checked everything.
