About half way through moving my PC into my new HAF X. Loving it so far!

Is there anywhere else the rear 140mm fan can go as I've fitted my h60 cooler there.

Any tips for hiding a ribbon cable going from a PCI card to drive bay?

Will get some pics once complete :)
 
I doubt there are screw holes of the right dimensions for it to fit as-is, but in your situation I'd probably look at converting it into a second roof-mount fan in front of the one that's already there; just needs a little help to anchor it to the screw mounts already available (zip ties maybe?) as I wouldn't have it hanging from just one.
 
I can't wait for the deals today to get started. Have a HAF X, Monitor and OS. Just waiting for some good deals on the rest of the parts :)
 
I've got a 140mm fan sitting in the 5.25" bays (behind the bay covers) as a sort of 'forced intake' for my cpu fan :)

you can't see it when the bay covers are in and it does move some air towards the cpu fans :)

(not sure if it makes much difference but it's the only place it'll fit)

Cheers mate, I'll try that. So it's not fastened down?
 
No, the fan sits there quite nicely held in place by the 'lips' that hold up the optical drives :) nice and snug lol

A couple of zip ties would hold it if you need extra support (obviously my HAF isn't the X but a 5.25" bay is a 5.25" bay init ;))
