I'm posting this here, because, well I'm ****ed off.

I bought a system from OC a few weeks ago as a first time customer. It was delivered promptly, and worked for approx 8 hours, then died. I got a replacement within 7 days, which promptly died after 3 hours.

I need a reliable computer, so I decided to send the thing back and get a refund, so RMA the product. First of all, the booking wasn't done properly, leaving me waiting around all day for nothing. Phoned up, and got through to someone who re-booked the pickup which was collected yesterday afternoon.

I get in today, and find that the bleedin thing has apparently been delivered straight back to my home address this morning. :eek: Checked the RMA ticket and they are still "waiting for this item".

This level of "service" is why I will never buy anything from here ever again.

Not only is this the wrong place to put it but your "bad service" is but a needle in a haystack of excellent service.
 
I don't care. This is the forum provided by the company. If the company feel it's acceptable to provide this level of service to a customer, then they deserve the wrath that results.
 
At the end of the day, it's my money, I've received a defective product, twice and lost a day ****ing about waiting for a pickup that was never booked. I'm sure you'd be laughing hilariously if you'd put out a grand and were dealt with in this way.
 
Yeah that's right, not only is he unhappy and sure, it's wrong to post it here as it's against the rules but the members make a mockery out of him, no doubt making this customer more angry.
Not only should it be locked but people who take the **** warned too. Can't do the shop any good.

Oh please. He makes an account with sole purpose of ranting about his 'experience' in the wrong section, and then goes off on one about wrath.

If he receives any mockery, it's purely brought on by himself.

I agree I'd be ****ed off but frankly posting on the forum here is unlikely to do you any favours and since you noted earlier that they own the forums this post will be deleted. Post in the customer service section and you're probably more likely to get the result you desire. I've always had an excellent service from ocuk including when rma items. It might not be their fault but the delivery company.
