I'm posting this here, because, well I'm ****ed off.
I bought a system from OC a few weeks ago as a first time customer. It was delivered promptly, and worked for approx 8 hours, then died. I got a replacement within 7 days, which promptly died after 3 hours.
I need a reliable computer, so I decided to send the thing back and get a refund, so RMA the product. First of all, the booking wasn't done properly, leaving me waiting around all day for nothing. Phoned up, and got through to someone who re-booked the pickup which was collected yesterday afternoon.
I get in today, and find that the bleedin thing has apparently been delivered straight back to my home address this morning.
Checked the RMA ticket and they are still "waiting for this item".
This level of "service" is why I will never buy anything from here ever again.
