How many drives and what type are you putting in the case. Will you need sata III, how many? You may be better getting a good board with 8 ports and a sata card for extra ports.
I would go with this. Find the board you like (a lot have 8) and add a card as you'll probably struggle to find a P67/Z68 board with 10 internal Sata ports. Some Gigabyte P67/Z68 boards seem to have the most with 8 as well as 2 e-sata. Asus ROG P67 has 8 with 1 e-sata.
Also I hope you're seriously thinking about a backup solution with 10 drives!!
p67 asrock is sandy bridge. I had the fatal1ty and thought it was a great board. It died however when I added a second gfx card ( possibly faulty )
I thought I was upgrading to a Gigabyte z68x-ud7 but to be honet I prefered my Asrock. The efi bios boots into windows much faster. Don't be fooled by Gigabytes saying they have efi bios now as its not the same its just an add on and still runs through all the post rubbish you get before booting into windows.
To be objective - I am still learing the in's and out's of the Gigabyte board so may change my mind at a later date.
