Sorry if this is the wrong forum / not allowed.

Is anybody kind enough to let me use their number? I can use it to obtain a nice healthy discount from myprotein.com.

Some people at uni have said some sites don't check the validity of the NUS number so try just inputting something that resembles the normal format, assuming you know what that is (I don't).

most online shops that do offer NUS discount do check, only a tenner to get the card

well depends if your clever enough to get with your bank account or not

I graduated last year, I don't have an NUS card.

You sound like the type of person that would kick up a big fuss if a friend asked to borrow 20p, grow up.

So you're no longer a student and therefore exempt from the discount which the NUS card would give you. Why are you surprised that you're being called on this?

It's a discount for students. You are not a student.

I was asking for a little favour, didn't realise people would kick up a fuss over something as trivial as this.
