Maybe she has a cutting lawn fetish she waits till dark and cuts the lawn naked.
 
I have often cut the law after 9pm mainly because I dont get home from work till well after 7pm then after putting the kids to bed and having dinner is easily 9pm and gone, at one point I was out till 1am with a mahusive sodium lamp deconstructing pallets and turning them into fence! did that for nearly a month, 350ft of fence later and I slept like a baby!
 
Pah. That's nothing. Years ago my uncles neighbour came home in the early hours totally drunk. He walked into his house and suddenly decided that his lounge carpet was too long.... You can guess what he did next

Oh yea. Early morning is fine too. It's just not a lot of people who don't know and go watering their plants mid day :p
 
my plants get a water 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night.

As for mowing at that time. Well here in north derbyshire, still light till 10pm at the moment. Although I would personnaly give some consideration to neighbours, especially if they have young children who would be up for school the next day.
