Daily Mail can't make sense of fact or fiction.
Next....
Video game censorship is becoming more and more absurd considering the desensitization society has to gore, violence and nudity in Glasgow.
Whether it's fictional or not, it's the timing.
I'm not sure what Activision were expecting really. People are sensitive and the familiar locations along with the timing is poor. With the 7/7 inquest so recent it's incredibly bad taste really.
I'm pretty open and broad minded but even I felt this was too near the mark.
Just my opinion.

But by the same token surely Four Lions was in bad taste as well then? I personally though it was a very good film but it caused a fair amount of controversy and offence as well.
Surely a comedy which (in the eyes of protesters) laughs at the acts of violence against Londoners is worse than a game which creates a serious representation of similar events?
Sorry for this post, but
it just seems like people are far too overly sensitive about any reference to terrorism.
The game also contains (apparently) 9/11-style air attack on New York’s skyscrapers. With the tube as well, can you not see the issue here?
That was a great night out.I think we should ban real life because it features violence, rape, drug abuse, paedophilia, murder, sex, alcohilism... etc.
