Just read a story on the suns website about a dog that was shot 40 times in the head then buried alive and survived.

Along with this its a sucky time to be a dog.

Still pretty amazing story.

Me too, notice how long they are? I wonder what happened, whether he was flung against a hard object or whisked up in the air & came crashing down from a great height? We'll never know.

The owners must have just left him there, there are tornado warnings in the US so as far as I'm aware there would be time to gather a few valuables (including your dog) before evacuating.

No way would I leave my little Cujo to face a tornado.

I get the feeling that it wasnt like they just upt and left him, but more like he got sucked into the tornado or whatever which was out of their control.
