simple, all you do is to remove the offensive scenes, delete them, they'll probably have to do that anyway.

here in the U.K everything started going wrong with society after they made wearing seat belts compulsory, it's odd; but it heralded the start of this P.C/ Nanny state that we live in now. ban smoking, ban fox hunting, ban this, ban that, it's pathetic.

Art and entertainment should be free of censorship, providing said material isn't illegal.

yes but before this the government didn't get involved so much in the way you lived/ left wing pressure groups didn't exist, it all started going wrong at about that time.

On one hand, I seriously wonder if the brief was "Whatever you think will get the most shock value, put it on the game and use it for the trailer". Utterly ridiculous.

However, game censorship is the biggest pile of steaming **** ever dreamt up. If it gets banned everyone who wants the game will just pirate it, and the demand will be higher due to its contraband nature. Just foolish to ban it, tbh.

The hitman 2 censorship was retarded, eidos should have asked the Sikh community why they weren't bothered about all the other ethnics killed in the game, before showing them the door.

From a cold point of view: 52 families were affected directly by deaths from the bombing (which is tragic I might add, not trying to take the terrible loss away from them), how many millions of families are in the UK who weren't?
