1x4gb or 2x2gb ?

So if i have 1x4gb and 2x2gb and they are all 800mhz, which should i use? i have 32bit windows btw

I would use 2x2GB - as this uses dual channel mode, so you get much more memory bandwidth.

4x1 will work the same, but since the memory controller has more sticks to work with, it will be more stressed and may require more voltages.

You'd be able to take advantage of dual channel (still), the dimms will pair up, however it'll likely require more voltage to drive 4 slots than it will 2. Not an issue if you're not trying to overclock to limits usually, but it is less efficient and obviously cramps your capability to upgrade further.
