The Hangover Part 2 - Teaser Trailer :)

Just came back from watching it. The first one was just hilarious, there were a lot of recycled jokes and it wasn't anywhere near the first.

There were some LOL moments but it was all so predictable. Either way, it was a good movie to switch off to :)

First - 10/10
Second - just about scraping a 7/10
 
It's the Mike Tyson part and then end in general that ruined the film for me, if they'd scrapped those parts and sorted it out, I'd have felt much better about the film.
A poor ending is the worst thing a film can have, immediately ruins everything you've just watched.
 
What a let down :(

I watched Due Date for the first time today after getting back from the cinema, found that to be far better

Hangover 2 seemed to have a really slow pace, then when it reached the end I felt unsatisfied. First film was much better

The ending was pathetic :(
 
Watched it the other night. Not a bad film, had me laughing out loud in parts. However the ending was a bit rubbish and it definitely wasn't as good as the first :)
 
Think I'll just echo.
Good film, really enjoyable and a few good laugh-out moments.
But the first was indeed a better film.
 
Saw it last night thought it was ok few funny moments but I kept wanting to know the answer to one question that annoyed me throughout the whole movie until the end when it got answered.

totally agree. i have no problem with them trying to rinse the same formula. it just wasn't that funny. it was pretty dark in places as well. not as upbeat as the first. also moments were they just put in stuff which was needless and a bit far fetched just to get a bit of a laugh. which im my opinion just isn't funny.

oh well. loved the first one. didn't love this one. put it this way. i wouldn't buy it on dvd.
 
I thought this was pretty rubbish.

But what didn't help is that I watched the first and second back to back, so in reality the second was never going to live up to the first. It's the exact same film set in Thailand with a character change or two. Most of the jokes are identical.

How they'll do a third is beyond me, frankly.
 
Yeh i was pretty disappointed by the 2nd, the first is pure awesomeness and was so original, but the 2nd....Meh!. Still good for a laugh i suppose but wouldn't be buying it on DVD/BR.
 
I thought it was excellent :D Obviously, not better than the first - but it was going to be difficult to top that...

I don't understand why people are hating it so much, thought it was brilliant. But then again I went in thinking it would be identical to the first, there's not much scope for change and I wasn't disappointed.
 
Brilliant imo :D

Actually thought this was the better of the two, but could be coz I only saw the first one on blu-ray and the cinema makes a funny film even funnier!
