Are all these cartoons with troll faces and forever alone faces made from some source files? Does anyone know of where I can get them all in one place, because tbh I don't know what half of them are called.

I just look on the internetz and if i like it. I save it and upload to photobucket. And then if that time comes, its unleashed :)
 
I was really asking if you can get just the faces on their own, or do you just have to cut them from other cartoons?

If you want the source of the images, 4chan is the place to go. But not if you're at work. Knowyourmeme is just a wiki for memes that come from everywhere else.
