The Corsair AX850 & Seasonic X-850 are the best (they use the same platform, FYI), followed extremely closely by the HX850, HCP-850 & XFX BE 850. The XFX is by far the best value out of all of them.

Bequiet PSU's are a bunch of FSP/Topower built units... they're mediocre, not "superb".

I hate corsair bcus i have a 850hx its making coil whine and ive read that many ppl have the same problem even when they did a rma. But what psu do you recommend it should be in the price range of the ax850

Easy. A decent 650W would be good enough, though I'd get a 750W for headroom.

Not sure how the Haf-X would be a requirement though? :p
 
Okay not quite 850 but near enough, if you want 'the best' you would have to wait for the Seasonic P-860XP 80 plus Platinum. From what I've read its slated for a summer release?
 
have to say my Corsair HX850 is totally silent the fan does not speed up on my setup at all in any games and no coil noise at all.
How ever i did get one with a Duff power switch but it was exchanged with no questions asked.

Well good for you but a lot of ppl have this problem anyway just paid for the ax 850
