GTS 250 Stuck in SLOT HELP!!!

Just Bought a GTX560ti and im replacing my GTS 250, its a gainward green edition one. I see there is a latch holding it in and i cant get it un done, i also cant seem to get the pci-e power cable out of it.The Board is an ASUS M4A78LT-M

the latch doesn't come undone, just pull the tab towards the heatsink with asus on it and pull the card upwards
