I do want back seats even if they are small, but yea it needs to be big.

Take it a 997 Turbo wouldn't tempt you? Surely that'll be much more of an event, only downside is I suppose it's pretty expensive, you've had them before and probably aggro if you are actually after a 4 door super saloon.
They not do a new XJ you like?

I was thinking maybe along the lines of the SLS AMG but I suppose that is out, its also probably going to cost quite a bit more

Iv had a couple 997 turbos thats no event or feel good factor.
I cant describe it, many years ago i had my first Bentley turbo R, when you got in, that smell overwhelmed you, leather carpet, i dunno what it was.
You pulled one of them chrome organ stops to open a air vent, it was a oiled plop, quality, the carpets, matts, (one for you Fett) different gravy, your feet sunk in them.
The drive was an event, you felt good i cant describe it. Over the years iv tried them all, i want to re capture that old feeling, its hard to describe and iv had a few now, what a feeling on a saturday night, going over the west end, different job all together.

lol, you be surprised how often this happens. There is a nice CLK that has been abandoned in our car park for 2 years, there is also some old Maserati in another car park in Prague that has been there for the last 3 or 4 years. its been a little vandalised but its still there lol.
