Is PSN under attack? - PSN now back up 15/05

I have InFamous downloading, FF:Spirits Within queued and all the free stuff of PS+ queued. Not decided what else to get yet, my PS3 is mega slow not just on the download but in general too. no idea why that is.

Hmmmm. Got the PS+ yesterday at like 11pm and then turned my system off. Now when I go on the Welcome Back section of the store all that appears is the box that says PS+ and no Get Free Games or whatever its called. HELP!

I only got the choice of chosing one game....

EDIT: I've had to follow the following to get my 2nd free game:

1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB

2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List

3. Choose “SCEA Promotions” from the list of services displayed

4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

I have downloaded InFamous but now I can't get on to the screen where the other games are, it's not an error code, I cannot actually see/click the page with the games on now

On a side note, with PS+ I see Burnout Paradise is free, I already have the game on disc, would it be clever to download it to the ps3 as well, so if I ever come to sell the disc game I can. Will it run faster being installed to hard drive now too ?

You will need to keep a PS+ subscription after the free 30 days to keep Burnout, not really worth it

Keep in mind that when the PS+ Subscription ends, you will lose the ability to play the downloaded version.

I'm on the verge of ****ing my PS3 off on eBay and getting a 360. Signed it yesterday and tried to get the 30 day 'Welcome Back' but I got some error 3452345657574364357654. Fair doos, servers must be getting hammered. I sign in today and for some reason i've got the little gold cross next to my name so I go into the PS Store and now it won't let me select the tab with the free games and every other thing I click on I get the retarded 32407632410851320897 error yet it loads half of the store.

What in the ****'s name is going off with this piece of ****.

You have 30 days to get them, do you not think that the weekend when its all up and ready it would be a little bit busy? Just keep trying it will work, a little tip though as you have 30 day PSN+ it may well be an idea to switch on auto downloads and set a time say 2am to 4am. Now when you manage to pick you games select download in background, prob be slow but when the PS3 wakes up at 2am chances are it will be pretty quiet and it will download and install the games for you.

Didn't realise you had a 30 day limit to get them. This being Sony I thought they would have given you about a day at the max and that's it. I'll leave my console overnight to download them then though I hope that i'm still eligible to get my games and nothings broken due to the errors i've been getting before hand because when I try and click the 5 game selection, nothing happens.
