Neighbour has no car tax

We have a very opinionated old lady living next door to us.

She has been driving around in her Citroen C2 for over a month now without any road tax.

There is no tax disk in the window not even an expired one.

What really worry's me is the standard of her driving.

She bought the car new and within four months it was trashed, eg lost all wheel

trims, dents and scratches all over etc.

What would you do ?

If she's ok then I wouldn't. However, are the DVLA cracking down on this so she'd have been threatened by legal action now anyway?

That's what we have been doing.

Initially thought she had maybe forgotten about it, but what if she is involved in an accident, she wont be insured.

Are reasons I'd be tempted to report her, no doubt she has damaged many peoples properties and her ''opinionated'' attitude is a player too.

If it was the average guy who seems decent I'd just ignore it, they will catch him sooner or later, but some opinionated old fart who appears to drive into things every week should be off the road asap.

I'd point it out to her, if she's anything like my others halfs mother then she's probably forgot to put the new one in.

My GF's mothers tax disc shows 08/09 and I pointed this out to her to be told she recieved one and hasn't taken it out the envelope yet!

Women! Her car has dents and scratches on every single panel and continues to worsen!
