Yo,

Im thinking of buying replacements for the H60 I have ordered.

It will be push pull with the stock fan you get with the Silverstone ft02.

What fans would you recommend?

thank you

R

I'm also thinking about getting 2 vipers to put on my H60, anyone had any experience with this?
Is it much more noisey than the stock H60 fan?

NOOOO Dont go Vipers ! i got a viper for my H50 and its SOOOO much louder than the stock Fan. i have it as a "pull" on my H50 inside the case now and its only a little more noise but when the fan was on the push side (in my case blowing into the case) it was very noisy. Its a Loud fan but if your fine with that its a good fan. I keep hearing good things about the typhoons so i would give them a shot as the vipers are loud buggers

Well that has confused me then.
vipers or typhoons....from other things I have heard people are were saying that the vipers were quieter than the stock.
It's just a lot of money to make the wrong choice. Lots of reviews seem to be contradicting each other too which doesn't help.

.

Not a Chance in hell, I have Both the Stock and A Viper and the Viper is a lot louder than the Stock fan, I challenge any one who says different lol. If some one is convinced otherwise im even happy to post a video with both running the difference is that noticeable. Its not offensively loud but there is a Fair difference, TBH i changed the fan on my H50 to the viper and it only knocked 1c MAX off the temps so i went back to stock as the noise annoyed me but now i have used it in a push pull as the puller its inside the case and now fairly quiet due to not being in direct contact with outside air

well i read all over the net they where amazing bla bla so i went and ordered one...... its good at moving air dont get me wrong but its not quiet depends what matters to you i guess performance wise its fantastic. i suppose if you have a fan controller and run at low rpms when not gaming it wont bug u
