Lovefilm missing game rentals.

I know, it's such a pain. I think the worst part is the 4 day wait for discs. I'm paying for a service and they aren't delivering as far as i'm concerned, quite literally. Now i get the accusational email.

It's not their fault the postman are dishonest.

Ha da play with a few of the free trials, including a tesco fre trial that was iirc 3 month lol.

I always requested a CoP @ the PO thought everyone did this

i get COP every time i post an item. Just the normal. Not into gaming at all now, never been a PC gamer, but i am tempted to sell xbox 360 and game on the pc now.

Never had a problem with LoveFilm, the worst that's happened is the disc sometimes get delivered to the flat below me, but luckily the anonymous flat owner is very nice and sticks the mail through my door later that evening.

It might be worth contacting the post office to let them know that discs seem to be going missing between you and LoveFilm.

Can't say I've had that problem myself yet but only been with them 3 months now.

They did try & charge me for my 2 month trial though! Quickly sorted that out & they added an extra rental to my list.

When I was with swapgame I always used to get a proof of posting from inside the post office, I could never be blamed if it went missing as they physically take the item off you. Never had a single issue.

Each time you post just get free cert of postage, i know its a pain. But meh.

I wouldn't send discs back without a Certificate of Posting. Thankfully the Post Office is on the way too and from work (or I can visit on my lunchtime walk) so isn't really a pain.

Not got a subscription to LoveFilm at the moment. I do wish their streaming service was better or preferably we had NetFlix over here...

I normally tend to drop the return discs in the postbox 2 mins from my house as the post office is about half an hour away.

It's not their fault the postman are dishonest.

I don't know for sure that this is the problem though, i've sent twogames back last month and one took 2 days longer on the site to register as being received than the other, despite being in the same slip in the post. The postman may not be stealing them, as they never give a final update a few weeks later as to whether it went missing or was just later than their 4 day timeframe.

I have been a member since 2006. In that time I have borrowed 433 movies (yes I keep count ). Not a single one has gone missing inbound to me or outbound to them.
