This case can take 6 GPUs which means it has had to be re-designed a special backplane to use all PCIe slots at once with the ribbon making bridges unnecessary. This case is either a gamers dream or a folders saviour - now all we need is more mobos like the SR2!

That is what 2x 580s and 2x 480s looks like in a rig! Temps will be an issue alright.
It has 19 expansions slots but case won't be as roomy as the screencaps show, it will be shrank down to appeal to the masses - otherwise you could an adult in there.
Only downsides I can think of is:
1) You'll encounter CPU bottleneck as the GPU no longer becomes the limiting factor.
2) 2x AX1200 PSUs (x6 8-pin each PSU) as most don't have enough 8-pin power connectors. Each 580 needs two 8-pins or 480's need 8-pin+6-pin. It has room for two PSUs.
