Who cares about the car when you (or your patents) have a house like that!

I disagree, who cares about a house if you've got that car, a house won't bring any grin to your face :).

But the running costs, impossible for me :(, let alone the buying costs... I'd love to have one for a while though.

It is quite easily the most thirsty car Ive ever owned :p using 50 quids worth of juice in an hour is quite sickening haha

I'm treating it to a splitter / vortex generator at the end of June ready for my trip to the ring. Once im back from the ring it will get a fuel pump and remap which should see it sitting anywhere between 370 and 390 BHP. After that it will just be getting the wheels and brake calipers refurbed to tidy the car up.

£50 an hour?

OK perhaps a little optimistic on the road, 2 hours and its easily doable .. At the ring in my old STI i was doing roughly 4 laps to a tank :D That's around 42 miles in under 36 mins and a tank was if i remember correctly around 65 euros ;)

Hey Sam,

Wow. Really nice car mate. You've stepped up a bit since the Zetec-S that we hid in the tent at Silverstone! Haha.

Are there any Ocuk events coming up in the near future similar to what we did back then? FIA, F1, touring cars or something like that? It was a really good laugh. Do you still speak to that guy with the 911?

I guess that you like 4WD cars then... how different do they feel to drive, compared to FWD/RWD? I guess it gives you a lot more confidence when pushing on?

 helps you understand why they fit such big fuel tanks on race cars !

Lovely car mate, i was down in Camberley a couple of weeks ago visiting Grandparents, did wonder if you would have been about but it was only a 3 day visit!
