New company car, no idea what to choose!

The Audi A1 (internally designated Typ 8X) is a supermini-class car launched by Audi at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. Sales of the initial three door A1 model started in Germany in August 2010, with the United Kingdom following in November 2010 (wiki)

Trade up value is likely to be a monthly amount that you sacrifice from your salary each month.

I'm guessing as your being supplied with a company car (and not the type that makes you look flash when turning up to a big meeting) your job will entail a lot of driving, having looked at that list please give your family my condolences on your eventual suicide :(

Doesn't look like taking the cash is an option, going to have a proper chat with my boss about this next week when I actually start as this company car business is all new to me.

I have just got the list of cars available for reallocation which has some better cars on it! I take it I just plug in the P11D value into one of these tax calculators to find out what it'll cost?

Yeah, not sure I can stretch to that lol

You only live once!

Well, the new Fiesta's are nice, I have one (my girlfriends car). Sea Grey is a good colour and the Titanium model has all the kit on.

It depends what you are doing in it mostly, I wouldn't really recommend one for motorway cruising, though they do that fairly well.

I'd certainly have one above all the cars you originally mentioned, that new list is certainly quite... diverse, to say the least

Well from what I was told I can expect to be doing 2-3k miles a month so lots of motorway travel and I'm quite a big bloke so don't want a tiny little car :p

They aren't little, but fair enough!

Is the 318i too expensive?

I couldn't really get a 3 door car as it's just hassle with the kids. I think the 318i is the top end of my limit really and was just looking at that one :)
