While either of those criteria are false leave her alone. The only thing you will achieve by sending her flowers showing you "care" is putting her in an awkward position. You might not care if it makes her boyfriend envious/jealous/angry but she will as it will be her who gets a bad time out of it.

If you are selfish enough to think that is a good idea to better your own chances then you need to ask yourself just how much you actually "care". Hint - Not much.

Dude, I'm sending the flowers for the mere fact that she is beautiful and I believe she deserves them. As I said I don't expect anything to change because of that. And it will be to her work place, so if she wants she can leave them there = boyfriend doesn't find out = no bad feelings.
