Yes i just put a deposit on it, to pick up on saturday:

Mk2 Rev 3 MR2 Turbo GT T BAR
Traction control
Half leather alacantra
drove well
apexi exhaust, apexi intake
imported 2006 one UK owner etc

Jet black

Nice condition, few bits with the paint chipping on bonnet...but it seems like a nice car!

Question is, what do i do with my car now:/

the only way you are going to sell the car and get the money before saturday is to a garage.

Unless you know someone with the cash and wants your car.

Think it has ABS yes.

No i mean, i have a car this MR2 will now be my ownly car, except i need to sell my other car before saurday to make way for it!!

Silly question on my behalf, the traction control works from the abs speed sensors so it must have ABS! You'll also have EBFD, electronic brake force distribution, which can increase or decrease braking force at each corner depending on grip.

No friends or family with some space for you to put it whilst you advertise it?

Get yourself over to mr2oc or imoc, great bunch of guys on both boards who are always willing to help.

Detango it, buy some silicone oil to rejuvenate the t-bar rubber, enjoy the fact it has no roof rain channels and it pours onto your seat if you open the window when wet, giving you a wet arse.

Oh, and enjoy one of the best bang for the buck cars ever made. Fantastic machines :D
I still miss mine 5 years later!

This one has the Japanese history, one UK owner of 60 years old apparently has all the mot certificates never had a single advisory. always serviced at one garage every 4000 miles with every receipt and bill including cambelt at 60k. So it all looked positive and not many have trc. imo hoping to keep her as a classic for years.

If you do de-tango it, use genuine Toyota Rev 4/5 parts and not the tacky crystal ones that most people fit!

I didn't even realise that any of them came with traction control, don't think I ever knew anyone with it fitted.

Had mine for 4 years I think, not a single thing went wrong on it, fantastic reliability :)

Wonder who has it these days?

Yep, get genuine ones :)

Neither did I, but I can remember lots of discussion about aftermarket systems being fitted on the IMOC forum.

Mine wasn't overly reliable, it never let me down but I had to do quite a bit of work on it.

Nice looking car mate. I'm sorely tempted to buy the gf one that's similar but I'm scared she will make full use of it's precise ability to launch into hedges seeing as she's got a bit of a lead foot lol. Will have to let her drive my lower powered mk1 version to get used to it or something.

What mods have you got planned? Your lying if you say nothing btw :p

Also don't de-tango it, keep the orange and get some yellow fog lamps, JDM Y0!
