Leicester City Council 'not ready' for zombie attack

Me and my sister will be sorted. The house we share is part of a horseshoe arrangement of houses and flats with the only way in apart from front doors is the car park, which can be blocked quite easily. We have it all mapped out ready in case this does happen.

Not really news as id doubt it'd be the councils minimal responsibility to sort a zombie problem :|

I would suspect the local councils would be the first to get chomped and transformed. Most of them are office zombies already. All it will take is the smell of blood to set them off.

You should read The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z by Max Brooks, best zombie literature there is.

Ed Thurlow, who runs zombie website Terror4Fun, said he felt a zombie invasion in Leicester was highly unlikely.

The only invasion Leicester is likely to have is one of idiots but it sounds as though they already have that.

Zombie is a term used to describe a hypnotized person bereft of consciousness and self-awareness, yet ambulant and able to respond to surrounding stimuli.

They are zombies.

(Note that hypnotize can also be used to mean "afflicted" or "muddled", a disease or infection can satisfy the criteria for hypnotize due to it's effect on the subject)

Are we really going to argue about whether or not something is technically a zombie when said creatures don't even exist (yet)? As far as I'm concerned, if it looks like a zombie, walks like a zombie, and quacks like a zombie, than it's a bloody zombie.

Update - Zombies invade Leicester!

Just a week after Leicester's civic leaders admitted they were unprepared for a zombie invasion, a horde of the "undead" has shuffled through the city.
