I went for Gigabyte due to their excellent UK based returns policy and 900mhz core

Battlefield 3 is a rare exception to this, developed with PC in mind first.....560 should be fine with the 24inch get much bigger and the aa might start to be a prob...but this is all guess work as we have no idea how hard on the gpu bf3 will be.....
shouldnt be to bad in our lovely console port society.![]()

haha didn't know that...made my day!
Well yes it will be fine i look at a 6950 or 6970 or a 570 anyone of them would be fine and you cpu is fine you could always do a little overclock if you wanted as well.
Thankyou for the advice. It already is overclocked from 2.6 to 3.4, bit it came pre-built oc'd to that and I have no clue about upping it a bit more and its not held me back yet.
I presume the PSU will be ok for a 570 or 6970?

oh you might want to get windows 7 though for dx11
Can I not without?
sorry for hijacking abit, I going to purchase bf3 when it comes out, I have currently 2* gtx280 that run great on BF2 , Dell 27inch max resolution at 1920 * 1200, cpu I7 920 at 3.5ghz with 6gb ram
