I can also confirm that White Knight Chronicles II will include the original White Knight Chronicles on the same Blu-ray disc.

The original game has been fully remastered and was re-developed alongside its sequel, so it features many of the improvements from White Knight Chronicles II as a result. When you boot up White Knight Chronicles II, you’ll also be able to choose whether to start from the very beginning of the whole story or jump straight into the second installment.

I always did wanted to get the first game, but never got around to it. Now with this upcoming release, it cannot be missed for fans of this or JRPGs in general. What a great package!

Was a decent game the first one, only let down by a slightly monotonous combat system.

Will be interested in playing the sequel, is there a release date yet? I've not found it on any of the big sites.

I did enjoy the online side of it, but good grief, the amount of grinding was ridiculous. It was fun though if you got some decent players in your party.

They seriously need to bump up the difficulty of the actual single player adventure as well.

Has anyone got this then? Quite interested in it, especially as it comes with the original. Is there really that much grinding? I gave up on FFXIII when I got to the grinding part...

Can only comment on the first one, but there wasn't any grinding in the single player part of the game (which suffered from being way to easy really). However, once you go online, the grind is truly horrific. Sad thing is though, I keep going back to it. If you want to try and get all the trophies, it really is an investment of hundreds of hours (in the multiplayer side).
