Japspeed subaru Stolen 11/06/11

Guys around Mk area the Japspeed Subaru was stolen from the show today it was last seen going through olney at bout 7ish the car is nearly empty on fuel and could have run out around Mk area anyone know anything give me a call or police a call on my mobile 07872 468935

Strangely enough being a show car at a show, it was doing shows :eek:

How anyone managed to get that thing out of the place without being noticed is beyond me.

gutted for them tho, i remember when they first came on scene with the cars.
 
Now 100% Confirmed - Spotted on the M25 at around 7:45am This morning.

what a nob :D driving a car thats been stolen is bad enough during the day, but when it sticks out like a sore thumb to.

all the Burberry has gone to his head.
 
As a matter of course the registration will now flag up any ANPR camera it passes (I assume this is how it was spotted on the M25?). Hopefully they can find it fast as if the thief is halfway competent he/she will have a spare set of plates to put on it.

The car is quite distinctive though so that'll help. Just gotta hope it's not a stolen to order job and is destined for another country. :(

Man thats terrible! Who puts a 22 year old Toyota engine in a 2007 model Subaru? :confused:

Jokes aside that sucks, must be terrible to know thieves have made off with your hard work :(

According to their FB page the Police are currently in pursuit of it in Kent?

Either way I've already seen enough skepticism about this being a marketing ploy, or a prank because its some guys birthday..

If it was a marketing ploy, that video of it storming around on the motorway without any plates on it surely wouldn't be a good idea.
 
I doubt Japspeed would be that stupid. And they don't need to advertise, they are probably the most popular team competing in the country especially with Shane Lynch (boyzone) driving their other car in the BDC.
