But I need (read as want) it to run off my existing unifying reciever. Also Logitech are the dogs danglies and I love them.
I used an MX700 (which looks like a wireless 518 to me) for everything, gaming and general usage for years and it was fantastic. When it eventually decided to start playing up after much desk banging abuse, I went for the VX revolution. Again, another brilliant piece of kit, although it didn't stand as much desk banging abuse as the mx700.
Logitech customer service is also excellent and with the VX still being under warranty, they are sending me a shiny new performance MX as it's replacement.
Given the choice I think I'd have gone for a replacement VX but we'll see what the PMX is like.
