How to remove litre logo on the back of car?

Heat it up Very gently & it will drop off, Do it properly & it won't even leave any glue. Use your Missus hair dryer as obviously you are not Gay & don't own one yourself. ;)

Buy some tar remover, soak the badge in it, it'll literally just fall off. Little elbow grease will be required to remove left over adhesive but just use more tar remover. You sure there's no holes under it?

Question: Why?

If you are ashamed of the 1.6, why did you buy it? If you are not, why not leave it? Always looks a bit desperate when you see the owner has hidden the engine size badge.

What if it was an S3?

Would it still be desperate if they had taken it off?

Never seen a debadged S3. I am sure there are a few but proportionately there are far more debadged 1.6 and diesels.

Can't think why.

So your car is completely standard in term of badges?

Not taken them off to make it look cleaner on the tailgate? Easier to clean?

Only reason to debadge an S3 is to try and stop it getting nicked.

I would only assume a lower spec model had been debadged because the owner couldn't afford or wished they had bought the higher spec, and were trying to hide their model from others. This only works on people who don't know about cars as anyone with an interest would be able to tell anyway.

Mine is, its covered in chavvy stripes and everything.
