Ugh! I keep on thinking of extra stuff I might need. Quick and easy one though this; does the HSF come with thermal goo stuff, or do I need to get some?

The heatsink will come with half decent stuff, but a decent tube will not cost much more than a fiver.

If you are referring to post #16 then your CPU heat sink and fan will have thermal paste pre-applied.

Looks like there's been a price hike on most of the components I was all set to buy! Can't afford it now, unless I move the spec down a notch or two. As you may have gathered, I haven't been following new PC hardware - is this likely to change again in the next couple of weeks (i.e should I wait and hope the prices drop back?)?

Serves me right dilly dallying I suppose!
